When you or a loved one is struggling with a problem, and are considering seeking the help of a professional, it is important that the counselor you choose is well trained, experienced, authentic, ethical, and can be trusted to provide confidential and understanding care without judgment or criticism. The mission of Inner Solutions for fourteen years has been to provide just that type of safe space for every client.

The primary counseling services we offer are premarital and marriage counseling, individual counseling, and sexual addiction counseling.

Some of the life issues that we offer counseling for include anxiety disorders, stress, depression, trauma, marital conflict, grief and loss, abandonment, self-esteem, pornography addiction, relationship issues, parenting struggles, and spiritual growth. 

Often, those who seek counseling desire to incorporate their Christian beliefs and values into the process. For those who desire it, Inner Solutions integrates compassionate Christian counseling into the relationship with the use of scripture and prayer. However, every client can fully expect to be accepted and treated with respect and non-judgment regardless of religious or spiritual beliefs, values, gender, race or ethnicity.
